House of Fine Linens ® accepts, credit card payments, PAYPAL and Google Wallet. If you require an additional means to make payment, please contact Customer Service and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Privacy Policy


Our privacy policy is short, we keep your private information private, period. We value you as a customer, and know that protecting your privacy is important. We use your information to complete your purchase transactions, provide the services you request and to contact you about the status of your orders. Otherwise your personal details and email address will not be shared with anyone -- ever.


Shipping Information


It is our goal to always ship items as quickly as possible. We ship on the first business day of your purchase. Tracking number will be automatically provided to the email address you provide, by the carrier. The tracking number will not work until AFTER the item has shipped. Items paid for on weekends will ship on Monday. Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and weight with orders under $48. These surcharges are shown on applicable product pages. 

  • FedEx Ground to Lower US 48: 3 to 6 business days, based on the final destination ZIP code.
  • FedEx SmartPost: 2 to 8 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code.
  • Priority Mail to United States:  3-5 days.
  • Need it fast, e-mail us for a quote on quicker guaranteed delivery.



All items in lower US 48 are automatically insured up to $100.00 free of charge. If you require additional insurance and/or signature confirmation please let us know. To help ensure items are not lost or misdelivered, a daytime phone number is incredibly helpful.


We use USPS for International shipments. Customs duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility. We are sorry but we cannot ship large items using USPS and cannot mark items as gifts. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost for all of our non US customers - please contact us for shipping quotes. Unfortunately FedEx does not ship to PO/APO Boxes due to lack of access. For this reason, items are not shipped until a physical address is received. We do not ship to Brazil and Russia at this time due to custom regulations.


Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping on featherbeds/fiberbeds and selected comforter sets due to size. They must be shipped separately to ensure safety and prevent damage in shipping.




By law, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax to Texas residents. Tax will be automatically figured when paying through Paypal.


Our Merchandise


We specialize in major retailer designer brand and luxury bed linens at deeply discounted prices. We buy and resell merchandise from high end department stores and provide retailers and manufacturers with an alternative channel for liquidating their inventory. Our merchandise consists of store stock, overstock and shelf pulls. Because we get great deals on this type of merchandise, we are happy to pass along substantial savings to our customers.


We deal with brand names you recognize, at prices you will find hard to match. Please check our feedback so you can be sure that you are dealing with a company that always aims for 100% customer satisfaction.


Refund Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your order, House of Fine Linens ® offers a 30 day return policy on items purchased and mailed within the continental US if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you want to return the item for any other reason, a refund will be processed after the application of a 15% restocking fee or a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase (refund does not include your original shipping and handling fees). We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please preview the merchandise prior to purchase to assure your satisfaction with product.


We do not accept returns on open packaging or items that have been handled, used or laundered. Items returned must be "shelf ready" - in their original condition and packaging. No returns will be authorized on special orders, discounted, discontinued or clearance items. Items purchased or mailed outside of Continental US are non-returnable.


There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all accepted returned merchandise. Please include a note referencing the order ID number and the reason for the return.


Free Shipping Promotions and Offers: Any items returned that were originally sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your original form of payment minus any delivery, handling, shipping costs, and restocking fee.


You may cancel any House of Fine Linens ® order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.


House of Fine Linens ® reserves the right to inspect and refuse all items that are not acceptable for return.


Returns that do not comply with our policy will be shipped back to you at your expense, without any credit issued.
