House of Fine Linens ® ships via FedEx ground, FedEx SmartPost and Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (items under 1 Lb) Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All orders must be received by 1:00 P.M. CST to ensure same business day shipment and will arrive within three to eight business days.
Shipping costs are determined by your Pre-Tax Total. Certain items such as featherbeds, beds in a bag, large comforters etc. - bear a shipping surcharge with purchases under $48, based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

Additional delivery charges will be applied to all shipments outside of the contiguous United States. These charges are done by actual FedEx and Priority Mail rate depending on the weight/size of the order and the country the package is being delivered to. All applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to international billing information verification, order processing can take up to 14 business days.
We are sorry but we cannot ship large items using USPS due to postal requirements. Unfortunately our carrier does not ship to PO/APO Boxes due to lack of access. For this reason, items are not shipped until a physical address is received.
Featherbeds/fiberbeds and selected comforter sets must be shipped separately due to size to ensure safety and prevent damage in shipping.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. If your order was shipped via FedEx, this email will also include a tracking number. Using this number you can check the status of your package in transit online by visiting the FedEx. For items 1 lb and under visit USPS to check the status of shipment. Tracking information may be delayed 24-48 hours after shipment.
We want you to enjoy your purchase when it arrives and therefore make every effort to ship items securely. In the event that your item was damaged/lost in shipping, please contact us. Our customer service representatives will make arrangements to have the damaged item returned and a new item shipped to you. Please note: If you choose not to receive a replacement, we will make arrangements to have the damaged item picked up and your refund will be issued less original shipping costs. If the item was shipped to you at no charge the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Note: All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.

We currently use three different carriers, FedEx, FedEx SmartPost and USPS (United States Postal Service Priority Mail for items under 2lb) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.
